Processing Time:

All products are made to order, and prioritized in the order they are received.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for production on smaller items and 2-3 weeks for larger items such as bags.

We are a small group behind the production, marketing, shipping etc. and do our absolute best to fulfill all orders as soon as possible.

Fluctuation within the time window is dependent on current order traffic and supplier delivery times.

Leather:

Each cut of leather is original and distinct from the next.

Slight variations such as character, subtle color shifts, and/or thickness may apply. We will never use a cut that may affect the quality and longevity of the leather product. Since all leather hides are different, not all products will look the same. That is the beauty of leather. Each item is unique in its own way.

If a leather is not available at the time, another leather can be suggested that is similar. Availability of leather varies depending on demand and supply. Leathers can sometimes take weeks to be delivered to us.

Refunds:

Due to the customized nature of made-to-order products, all sales are final.

In the case of manufacturing defects, we will replace or repair the item with valid proof of purchase, proof of defect and no signs of neglect. In addition - we offer a lifetime warranty on our stitching. Any thread defects/abrasion are covered by a free restitching policy - with no clear signs of neglect.
